My name is Jeanne Madrid and I am located just South of Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am credentialed as a
Certified Professional Midwife (
CPM) by the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM). Since 1987 I have attended over 1000 out of hospital births.
As a midwife I believe in the Midwifery Model of Care and practicing within the scope of my guidelines. I believe it is important to inform clients of their choices. For safety reasons, I develop an emergency care plan for all of my clients, prior to their birth.
My husband and I have 3 lovely grown children and 8 super grand children. All three of our children were born in our home with the help of midwives. Some of the midwives whom I have trained and worked with are Carol Nelson, Ina May Gaskin, Jennie Joseph, Sara Pinkman, Janice Heller, Yvonda Hedrick and many more.
