Using our special "no mess, no stress" technique, a belly cast client enjoys a private session of belly casting in her home or in our studio. No mess means the process is clean and simple, without petroleum jelly or oils used to gunk
up our client. No stress means our client enjoys a relaxing experience, free of
the pressure of other special events or having to entertain guests.

Clients may bring a friend to take photos of her private belly casting session.

Fees depend on the extent of the casting and artwork*:

• Basic belly only (no breasts), without artwork: $125
• Basic belly w/ breasts, without artwork: $150
• Basic full torso (belly, breasts, arms): $175
• Deluxe* belly only (no breasts), with basic artwork: $175
• Deluxe* belly w/ breasts, with basic artwork: $200
• Deluxe* full torso (belly, breasts, arms), with basic artwork: $225
• Specialized** artwork & unique designs fees are individually priced beginning at $300 plus shipping.

Basic casting includes a completed, smooth white cast finished in matte gesso primer paint, ready to receive artwork.

* Deluxe castings starting prices include basic artwork finish in one color: white, black, gold, silver, bronze, copper, or other solid color. The cast finish is smooth with a matte or glossy (your choice) top coat of polyurethane.

** Specialized artwork and unique designs are out-sourced to a professional artist.

• Our artist conducts a phone consultation with the client to discuss her ideas.
• The artist then emails a rendition of the client's idea for her consideration and discusses any revisions before finalizing her fee***.
• The artist's fee and payment arrangements are negotiated and agreed upon, artist to client.
• The cast is delivered to the artist for completion of the artwork. Delivery shipping is NOT included in artist's fee.
  
• The cast is returned to the client via UPS shipping upon completion.
• *** Return shipping costs are included in the artist's fee.

   24 to 48 home birth clients per year (2 to 4 clients/month).

Home Birth Midwifery Service_™  provides comprehensive midwifery

Home Birth Midwifery Service’s midwives & students are certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR and in Neonatal Resuscitation.

Kim Mosny, CPM, LM (Va) is the Senior Midwife and
Owner of Home Birth Midwifery Service,  having been "gifted with"
the practice by her primary mentor, Margie McSweeney, RN/CPM.

Kim began Primary practice in 1996 after a three-year apprenticeship
(1993-96) with midwives: Margie McSweeney and Martha McBride.

She is an apprentice-trained Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) credentialed by the
North American Registry of Midwives (NARM).
Kim is a member of NARM’s Statistics Committee.

Kim is actively involved in local, state and national midwifery organizations.
